Student Network
Investing in tomorrow’s talent, today
At USTC, your student position is just the beginning. With more than 100 student assistants across our Danish companies, we know how important it is to feel connected, supported and part of something bigger. That’s why we’ve created the USTC Group Student Network, a space for you to build relationships with fellow professionals, learn from experienced leaders and gain a deeper understanding of our diverse businesses.
Mentorship programme
We believe that some of the most valuable learning happens through conversation. Our Mentorship Programme offers early-stage professionals the opportunity to be matched with experienced colleagues from across the Group, creating space to learn, reflect and grow.
Over the course of around ten sessions, you and your mentor will explore topics that matter to you, from career development and cultural awareness to personal leadership and navigating change. Alongside one-on-one meetings, the programme includes group sessions online and in person, offering a chance to connect with fellow participants across USTC’s global network.
Core Leadership Programme
Leadership is one of our core values at USTC and our belief is that it is not just a position, but a mindset we bring to everything we do. Our Core Leadership Programme is designed for newly appointed team leaders who are ready to take ownership of their growth and lead with intention.
The 12-month journey brings together people leaders from across our global companies and functions. Through focused learning sprints, practical tools, and direct application in your day-to-day work, you will build the skills needed to guide teams, navigate challenges, and grow with clarity and purpose.
You will also be part of a peer network that offers support, fresh perspectives, and shared experience helping you develop your leadership skills in a way that reflects USTC’s ambition and values.
