You will be joining our headquarter in Copenhagen, working alongside a well-knit and skilled team that ensures and supports various sales activities across the organization. You will report directly to the Head of Execution, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to optimizing our supply chains and contract management processes. Our team serves internal stakeholders across multiple departments and external partners in the biomass supply chain.
 

Administrative and Coordination Professional

As an Execution Specialist at CM Biomass, you will be responsible for handling the entire lifecycle primarily related to our supply of containers. You will in collaboration with trading ensure coordination and timely booking of containers and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders while ensuring accurate order processing in our IT systems. Your role is central to maintaining smooth commercial operations while supporting our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. More specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing bookings and contracts, processing orders and maintaining accurate records in our Microsoft D365 system
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders including suppliers, container companies, customers, terminals and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and administrative follow-up to ensure compliance with contractual terms
     


Detail-oriented coordinator with effective communication skills

We are looking for a methodical and organized professional who can maintain precision while managing multiple responsibilities in a constantly evolving setting. You thrive in roles requiring attention to detail and can coordinate between different stakeholders. Your communication skills and service-oriented mindset enable you to build working relationships with both internal and external partners across multiple countries.

Additionally, you have the following qualifications:

  • Experience with container lines and understanding of shipping
  • Experience in an administrative or coordinating role
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Robust IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft D365 or similar enterprise systems
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain accuracy while handling multiple concurrent tasks
  • Experience in contract management, customer service, or order processing
