You will join a team of 4 traders based in our Rio De Janeiro office, reporting to our Commercial Director, who will guide your development and training. You will work in a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged, with opportunities to learn from experienced traders.
Our team plays a vital role in Bunker One’s global operations by establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships in this key region and contributing to the company's market position.

Building Your Trading Foundation in a Global Market
As a Junior Trader in Bunker One, you will learn the fundamentals of bunker trading while participating in our team's operations. You will develop essential skills in analysing market trends, understanding customer needs, and participating in the commercial process of buying and selling marine fuels. Working closely with experienced traders, you will gain practical experience in all aspects of the trading cycle while building your network in the marine fuel industry.
More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting pre- and post-fixing activities including documentation, market research, and transaction support
• Supporting client relationship management and sourcing activities

Your profile

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese is essential
